About Microlon
Microlon America's Dan Temple & Muriel Anderson
Microlon was founded in 1964 by Bill Williams Sr., inventor of the Microlon Metal Treatment. At that time Bill Sr. was working as a gunsmith on weapons and was selling modified .17 caliber ammunition used by .223 rifles. He noticed that this bullet, which used a huge charge of powder when fired, created a tremendous amount of extra heat due to friction where it came in contact with the rifling of the barrel. This friction was causing wear and was ruining new barrels after only a few hundred rounds. To solve this problem, he developed a liquid that combined a durable anti-friction resin and a cleaning complex held in a powerful suspension agent. He garnered immediate success of this product and began to realize the potential of other applications. Viewing the gun barrel as a single-stroke engine, where the bullet acted as a piston and the inside of the barrel acted as a cylinder wall, he began developing and testing a formula that would treat engines.

In 1978 he entered this invention and won the coveted first place medal "Medaille de Vermeil" at the SALON INTERNATIONAL DES INVENTIONS DE GENEVE in Geneva, Switzerland. This noted win still stands unchallenged today! In 1979 he developed the CL-100 Aircraft Formulation for aircrafts and after exhaustive testing by the FAA was granted certification for usage. Over the years, Microlon has grown in reputation as the best one-time metal treatment to use for lubricating and reducing friction in everything from jet engines, machinery, car engines, firearms, bicycle chains to pocket knives. Today distribution is both national and international. In particular, over the past 20 years, sales though KYOWA Developing and Materials, Inc. have made the Microlon brand a well-known household name in Japan.

Microlon America is owned by Daniel Temple & Muriel Anderson, (wife). We have been in the heavy construction industry for many years and worked on projects all over the world.

We have used Mircolon in our construction and personal equipment for over 15 years and believe America needs Microlon to reduce it's dependence on foreign oil.

Our oldest personal examples of what a one time treatment of Microlon can do: 1983 750 BMW still used by our grandkids and 1988 4x4 Silverado 2500 pickup bought new and now used on one of our kid's farms. They both have over 300,000+ miles on the original engines and would be in even better shape if Microlon had been installed earlier than the roughly 80,000 mile point it was applied.

Microlon Products greatly reduces vehicle exhaust pollution and increases mileage and durability. (see site test results).

In 2005 Muriel & I bought a used 1994 Pacearrow 36' class "A" 8.3 Cummings diesel pusher motorhome for camping with the grandkids.

Wanting to make it "bullet proof" we went through the vehicle bringing the maintenance up to date. To get the best mileage possible in these high fuel cost times, we treated the 8.3 Cummings diesel engine, Allison transmission and rear differential plus 7.5 diesel generator with Microlon Products.

Our first trips of about 800 miles each increased our diesel fuel mileage to over 16 miles per gallon. Since then we added a tow vehicle and a Banks Turbo kit and lost some MPG due to the added tow vehicle weight and temptation to pass the other "slow pokes" on the grades. Between the Microlon treatment and the Banks kit we saw a considerable power increase which is tempting to use when " blowing away" the big diesel Fords and Dodges pulling 5th wheels and trailers who think they will need to pass that old motorhome on the grades.

Our son-in-laws are avid hunters in Oregon and Idaho and love the effect Gun Juice has on their guns performance and it's corrosion protection.

Muriel and I are committed to educating America to the fuel savings and durability that Microlon can provide to reduce the USA's dependence on imported oil and reduce taxes and private business expenses by reducing the cost of operating public and private transportation fleets. The latest testing ( see web site data) with the South Texas Juan-Alamo school district's 25 busses produced a minimum of 19% and a high of 58% mileage increase with an average mileage improvement of over 31%. That's tax dollars saved and long term reduced fleet maintenance cost savings coming down the road too.Use Microlon's one time metal treatment on all your vehicles and mechanical devices for energy and extended use life savings.!!

It's Guaranteed!
